Refund Policy

1. Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, our return policy allows you to return the purchased item within 15 days of the date you received the product.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please email us, info@lavarinth.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please email us at info@lavarinth.com

6. Sale Items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

7. Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at info@lavarinth.com.
